Terms of Service

By using this service, you agree to:

1. Once a purchase is made and you’ve received the model, no refund will be provided.
2. No ripping any model, you can add badge to a skin etc I have no issue with that however ripping the model is forbidden and will result in a ban.
3. When purchasing the setup, you will get asked some questions, this will help decided if the sale goes through or not. Please do not be offended if you get rejected the sale.
4. No reselling any model or skin.
5. Payments to be made via the website, however if for whatever reason you can’t, please open a ticket and I maybe able to provide an alternative.
6. Skins can be sold as well as setups, if you want to use these for an order, please state beforehand.
7. Any development resources must not be shared without permission, team rights are specifically not automatically given.
8. Any model is not allowed to be leaked, traded or swapped with another model.
9. Prices are fixed unless its a multibuy or there is a sale on where the sale price is also fixed.
10. Any unlocked stuff sold must only be resold or released in a locked state on a model or as a model.
11. Any setup comes in a replace form unless stated, the model can be made as an addon easily but this will be done by yourself.
12. Any custom order is not always exclusive and maybe listed, you can have a timed exclusive but full exclusiveness is not available, a small fee will occur for a timed period.
13. Any file sent after purchase is at your responsibility to keep safe, I will resend if you’ve lost them but for whatever reason I’ve lost the files, I won’t be able to send/remake them.

Any breaches of the terms and services will end in a ban and depending on breach, may result in other bans too
